Over the years have been here for several birthdays and have always had a great experience... until tonight. My mother was looking forward to celebrating her 84th birthday here only to have the most disappointing experience. I called ahead to let them know of her birthday and asked if it was ok to bring a small cake. Given the ok, we arrived and were seated promptly in a great location. Trent took our order and all seemed great. The chef showed up and was definitely not in a pleasant mood. His mood was so poor that I said " I'm not sure if they told you, but it's her 84th birthday". His response was "no, none of the staff communicates", then ...nothing. No happy birthday, no excitement..nada, zip. Other than the "volcano" there was no showmanship and no communication. When he was done serving the food he said Happy birthday and left. The ONLY saving grace was the staff that came and sang happy birthday. Feeling underwhelmed and seriously disappointed, I went to the front desk and asked for the managers name only to be told "we are not allowed to give a managers name out". I pressed and he said there are 2 managers. I pressed again was told there were 2 or 3 managers. I asked if any were on duty, and was told yes and asked if I wanted to speak with him. The. "Jackie" came out. While Jackie listened and seemed concerned, i couldn't hope but think that he was manager of the moment and had no power to do anything. He said something about we would like to make it right the next time but did not ask my name, give me a business card or do anything to to make me think it was anything more than an empty platitude. Had this not been my mom's birthday, I could chalk this up to one bad day but they knew before we got there and then again when we arrived and once again when the chef arrived. There is no excuse for such poor customer service. The fact that it was like pulling teeth to get the name of a manager, makes me lose all faith that management stands behind their people. I can no longer recommend this place.

We sat at a hibachi table. I had the Filet Mignon and shrimp. The waiter delivered drinks, soup and salad before the chef arrived. Chef Billy came and did a little show in his pre meal preparation and cooking the meals. He made fried rice for everyone. He made a volcano shape out of the onion and put oil in it so it looked like it was smoking. Very cool! Then he sliced it up with the vegetables and that went with the fried rice.He sliced the filet into bite sized morsels, deliciously done. The shrimp were plump and tasty. It was $28.50 plus drink for the meal. Higher end for your average meal, but great for a date night meal and entertainment. An excellent night out!

Update 3/23/2024: the food was excellent. I was very impressed again. We were very late getting there at almost 9 PM. The food was super fresh and delicious. They accommodated special requests easily. We both ordered the hibachi that came with regular or fried rice, mixed veggies and a salad. ($22 for steak and chicken. $24 for filet and chicken.) Also ordered the crab rangoons. They didn't rush us out the door at almost 10 PM making it a pleasant experience.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Very tasty. A little overpriced but then isn't everything right now? Very pleasant staff. I ordered the chicken teriyaki ($15). All white meat served with white, brown or for a small upgrade fried rice, it included a soup and salad, so definitely enough for 2 meals. I was really craving veggie tempura so I ordered that and was very specific that I didn't want any orange vegetables but unfortunately I was given sweet potatoes or yams. I threw them out. It also had mushrooms, broccoli, onions and zucchini. It was a good sized order for the price ($12) but I was disappointed about the orange stuff. I also ordered edamame side ($5.25). Portion size was nice for two of us. I would return to try some other things. Definitely want to do hibachi. They also have lunch and some dinner specials.Features: Delivery is only available through third parties.Vegetarian options: A lot of their menu is sushi. I'm not a fan but they have tons of sushi choices.Dietary restrictions: Accommodated all special orders.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.

Very nice restaurant with a great layout, but it's quickly ruined by the menu. This place must be known for their hibachi because the sushi menu is awful. The server didn't seem to really know the food. Like, I could have pointed out water on the menu, and he'd say, "Yeah, that's a very popular choice. It's good." Wouldn't be a lie, but he just didn't seem to have an actual opinion about anything. There are only 10 raw sushi choices on the menu, and the specials are mostly deep-fried. Guess that is why there's no Asian customers in this place. Lastly, the server Trent put our to go boxes on top of our food we were still eating.

We had the best experience at the hibachi grill with Chef Billy. The food was, hands down, the best we've ever had. Everything was full of flavor and the meats were tender and juicy even. Not only was his food delicious, but he was also very entertaining. We had 4 children and three adults, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the show/interaction with Chef Billy. He's set a new standard for our family's hibachi experience, and we can't wait to go back.

The food was absolutely delicious.Went for lunch with a friend, and we chose to eat without the show. Was seated directly but took 10 -15 mins to have our waiter come over and acknowledge us. Was not super busy and looked like there was enough staff, so ?

I can’t even explain how distasteful the food was. I was really hungry and practically held my nose to force the food down … never again . Good customer service though .

We were seated quickly. The waitress was asked about the menu, because my wife has food allergies. She was asked to find out if they contained items she is allergic to. She came back and said that all was fine and that our order was in. 20 minutes later the cook can be overheard saying that all but 1 item contained the food to aviod. We then modified our order and were served one item at a time of my food noon for my wife. She forgot 3 items the sauce, salad, and soup. They came after she served the other tables. We were latr to our event that we were going to. Magen was not having a good day and wanted to pass it on. ?Dietary restrictions: FOOD ALLERGIES ARE SERIOUS AND CAN KILL.
