It truly depends on which Pizza Hut you go to. The two that are on Pass Road in Biloxi, Mississippi are the best by far. The customer service is top notch and the food matches the quality.

I can not justify even 1 star, but I have to due to the way this is set up. However, I can say that this is the most disgusting CRAP I've ever eaten, food in boot camp was better and that was considered slop! I will be making my own pizzas from scratch now since NO WHERE and Pizza Hut, you're not alone in the "fast pizza" industry, can you get a decent pizza except from home or a mom and pop store. Pizza Hut, you had a good thing going in the 80's and 90's but somewhere along the way, you lost your spirit for trying to make the best pizza out there. Sorry, you lose!!

Really disappointed tonight with Pizza Hut. I called and asked if they would do the crustless pizza in the pasta pan as I can not eat bread and I have seen it all over social media. They said no and wouldn’t even ask and see. I know it was a weird request, but is it too much to ask for some pizza toppings and cheese in a pasta pan???!!! The picture is what pizza huts are doing for girls like me, but apparently not this one!

I ordered 2 pizzas with thin crust without black olives and medium bone out hot wings. I received 2 thick crust pizzas and BBQ wings. When I called and complained, the Manager Roxanna said she would send me a replacement order. She sent pizza that was ONLY BLACK OLIVES! An obvious retaliation to my complaint. I’ll never order Pizza Hut again, if that is the person they have managing their store!!

I can't even hardly give this one star. It was the worst pizza we have gotten anywhere in many states. Not much sauce, no cheese, toppings were very scarce and my dog would not even eat the crust. She loves pizza! It was way over baked!will not be going back to this pizza store for sure!

The staff was amazing!!! The store was very clean! The food was hot and fresh! Great prices!!! We had an amazing experience as soon as we walked through the door, and it made the 10 minute wait so easy! The lady working the register and serving was energetic and smiled and greeted everyone that walked through the the door and continued to keep everyone smiling! Love this little caesar's!!! Every little Caesars needs to come here and take notes!!!
