Red beans are kinda bland and a little al dente. Cornbread is dry and I couldn't tell the difference between Mexican and regular. Pecan pie slices and drinks are small. Sausage and tea are pretty good.

Truly a southern gem! They have all of the southern classics you could ask for- turnip greens, fried okra, Mac & cheese, black eyed peas, jalapeño cornbread, etc... everything we tried was SO good and felt like home. The rosemary baked chicken and the fried catfish were top notch! On top of that, the servers were extremely kind. We will be back! :)

Lack luster to say the least. Barely seasoned and just a real let down in my opinion. Nothing fresh about fresh market!

Seems to have improved since I tried them a couple years ago. Plenty of sweet people working at the counter. Everything we had was delicious and well seasoned.

The rosemary chicken was dry and cold at 12:20. Either the chicken was overcooked earlier that day and the heat lamps dried it out (which is unlikely due to time of day it was) or it was left from yesterday - more likely. Broccolli casserole was hot but it appeared that craft singles were used for the topping (not tasteful) and the green beans were tasty but mushy (overcooked). They appeared to be canned. If this is the Fresh Market cafe why is the food not fresh?

The food was okay, the dinning room was a little dirty but very friendly staff.
Anything you buy is good and the staff is always friendly!

Usually have a good experience with this place. I’ve never had a bad experience with the catfish plate before. I ordered it again yesterday, and I’m very sick today. The catfish seemed to be undercooked.

Food was great, real home cooked.

Paid $16.07 for red beans, rice w/a peace of catfish on the side. Definitely not worth the money! Food isn’t fresh and disgusting all around! I use to love this place but it’s gone downhill
