The new people there are no help. I went there with a gift card and I was trying to explain to the young lady (manager Way) that I just used the card last night and that the manager had to manually type in my gift card number. She proceed to tell me that they don’t do that and there’s no way that she could manually input my gift card to pay for my food. Ever since the general manager Demeshaeya left the store and customer service has gotten worse.

Went in after work to order a pizza then walked to a neighboring store for better than 10 minutes and went back to get my cheese pizza and it was not ready and waited about 10 more minutes and during that time I saw that none of the workers were wearing gloves while preparing people food then saw the guy that was boxing the pizzas pull up his nasty britches with his bare ahhh showing. I've never had such terrible experience at this location but today was the day! I wouldn't advise anyone to eat at this location nor any other where workers arent wearing gloves and pay attention if they do, just because you wear gloves doesn't mean you touch everything else with those same gloves on, that's NASTY!

The crazy bread was not done.it was really doughy, not brown at all, still white. The bottom of the pizza was burnt and the top of the pizza was not done. The pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through.

Order early, especially during busy times. I made an order for three pizzas two hours before I needed them. I got there 10 minutes after the time I picked. Then, I had to wait 20 minutes for the pizzas.

I rarely go to this location, but due to the Christmas parade downtown, I had to tonight. I got my pizza out of the portal and had to stand for a while to wait for my sauce. That's was no problem... what is was the way, I assume, the manager was acting and talking to a young man in the back. They were busier than usual, I guess, due to the other location being temporarily closed, and she was not handling the stress of it well. She was raising her voice to the kids and throwing the pizza cutter and thing at the back station around. You could tell she was agitated. That is no way to conduct yourself when all the customers can see you. I understand that people can be rude and impatient when you are slammed and super understaffed, but there is a time and place to let out your frustrations and it is not on your employees or in front of your customers.

Hung up on twoce. Called store due to food being wrong/terrible tasting. Told by someone named Kim to come back to store to see manager the next day. I live 30 minutes away. This is supposed to be stuffed crazy bread?? Told them it looks like French bread, he said we don't sell French bread. Incredibly rude!!

I stopped to get dinner yesterday. I happened to look around the corner and saw a young lady start to make my order. I was confused when I didn't see her wash her hands or put on gloves. I asked the cashier who took my order if they were supposed to wear gloves when fixing the food. She said no. She says that they cook the food through 500-degree heat, and that kills everything. She said we just wash our hands. I then told her that the young lady did not wash her hands before she started making my pizza. The cashier just stared at me like what do you want me to do about it. Then she asks me what did I want her to do. I said I want you to ask the young lady to wash her hands and fix my food. I then asked who was the manager was. She said they both were. All I could say was wow. So, beware when you go to this location. You don't know what is happening to your food.

The web page kept crashing and the app as well. Arrived at 9:40 pm. Tesha still took my order and was so Polite, Helpful, Caring, and even for about to close and I'm sure she was ready to leave. She was still Upbeat. I've had bad experience here before with staff but because of her attitude and customer service I will definitely be back. She deserves a raise or bonus or something. Thank you Tesha

Meesha needs a raise! That girl went above and beyond her job duties I'm sure with me. I had a fundraiser order that I was having trouble with knowing if I ordered there or not because I didnt receive an email.She went out of her way and called two other places to see if I ordered there which I did not. Took my phone, checked it, found the problem. Had what I needed in the order bin. Took control and satisfied me more than ever known. I will bring more of my business here due to her. She deserves a promotion!Thank you so much Meesha! Oh and for the record, I do not know her, which even shows more of the compassion she shows to strangers as well as probably frequent customers. Not to mention her good attitude! Thank you Meesha for making my day!Lisa R.

Quick and easy to get in, pick up your order and even add to your order then pay and you’re out of there! Only two things I would make a note on : first, realizing there are times when they’re very busy, for an associate to notice the customer and make some comment indicating they recognize they are there would help tremendously and second perhaps the phone is not for taking orders but someone should either answer it or get rid of it!
