We have eaten here from time to time but mostly to-go orders. Prices continue to rise and food portions are less and less. This place...the food is usually cold when you pick it up on hot items. Don't ask for extra cheese because you won't get it. We asked for extra cheese then when we got the sandwich, there was no cheese. Pay for something but don't get it. I remember when the food was good and tasty here but those days are gone unfortunately. This last order was 30 dollars for two chill and a sandwich (which was very small). The side was broccoli but only 3 pieces in the cup. All in a small plastic bag. Could not believe we paid that much for this. Oh, paid for extra cheese but didn't come with any.Not going back.

Usually don't interact too much with staff, because I pickup outside. Food is always good. Usually always forget my pickle. Last time they completely forgot my au jus (sp) overall good. Maybe just check your order if you carry out!

Paid $32 for two choose 2 Memphian sandwiches. Half the sandwich had nothing on it. Won't be back to this location.Update, was told I would get a free food voucher, but 3 days later and nothing , guess customer service is worse then the sandwiches.

Ordered online and was given the completely wrong order, I believe someone mixed up the names for the tickets because the ticket order was correct but the food inside was not. I talked to a manager and was told that they can remake the food but I would have to pay for it. Never returning.

Wanted to order some food to go on 2/21/24 for dinner. After standing in line for over 10 minutes with no one working, I left and went to Abner's where there was service. This place had one person working the register who then left to go to the back while more and more guests came in. Workers were just standing around doing nothing and a guest asked if anyone was working, they had this puzzled look on their face and said they were in a shift change. So I guess no one works during a shift change, they had like 10 people behind the counter all doing nothing! Have not been to this place in a very long time and looks like I'll not return. Please do not patronize this place, they do not value your time or respect you as a customer. With so many food choices, go some place else.

Soo I've eaten at McAllisters many times & it's been good! Today I ordered to go & I got the spicy turkey sandwich & broccoli soup. The sandwich was good, but prepared on the sloppy side. The broccoli soup was really watery & barley had any broccoli in it. I asked for a pickle w/ my sandwich & it wasn't in the wrapper. McAllisters can be pretty pricey. So for the price you pay you want your food to be worth your while. Consistency is key.

This is my first time coming here since new management has taken over. I used to be a regular here but had burned myself out on it. I recently decided to come back and got a pepper jack turkey griller, with broccoli cheddar soup, and a drink for $16.86. I asked for some honey mustard to go with my sandwich that used to be free but now they want 0.55 extra. These “changes” have lost more business to this location. I have not had this problem with other locations.

I'm sorely disappointed in McAlister's menu. The one thing I enjoyed most is no longer avaiable, the Big Nasry with gravy. Even the Black Angus Spud has no gravy and to me, the gravy is what made it so delicious. I ordered the Black Angus club sandwich which was dry. ? The tea isn't as sweet as it used to be. Bring back to the old menu!!!! BUT the place was clean and the service was great, just the food stinks. If I ever go back, I could bring my own gravy?

We ordered from McAlisters in Brandon, and our food was old. The bread on my club sandwich was hard, and the nacho basket my sister ordered had stale chips and old nacho cheese. We were very disappointed with the experience. We also didn't get our pickles. It sucks when you pay $30 for food and can't enjoy it.
