Manager assured me that I wouldn't need to call to ensure that the driver would call me upon arrival ever again.... the ONE TIME i trust that my order GETS LEFT IN THE DAMNED RAIN ALL SOGGY AND NO ONE CALLED ME WHATSOEVER. I will be calling tomorrow and complaining. Regardless of the result im DONE with this store.

If you’re over 45 and believe in dealing with people directly do not call Papa John’s, they’ll only discriminate against you!

Made a large order around 8 pm on Wednesday night for asap pick-up. Hungry family! Opened the app to order and saw lots of new items (or new to us) on the menu we couldn't resist. One Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Cheese Pizza for the kids, Calzone Papa Bites and Grilled BBQ Chicken & Bacon Papadia for me, BBQ wings & gluten-free pepperoni pizza for the teenager, and and a XL New York Style pizza for the man of the house. Everything was ready lightening-fast, still hot when we got it home, and everything was delicious. Friendly people in the store are always a happy plus, too! We had been having rough experiences with our other Papa Johns location in Castlewoods (we recently moved over closer to the 39042 one), so I'm happy to have such a good experience with Papa Johns again.

I ordered a pizza with light sauce. Not only was it extremely late being delivered but had NO sauce. I called about the late delivery and he said sorry it’s late but it will be hot. The delivery gentleman said he had to go all around before he got here and it was only a little warm. Very disappointed.

I did a pick up order. My food was cold. I watch the manager John pick up my food off the rack. I'm thinking why its not in the warmer. I call to complain and was on hold for ten minutes to speak to manager John. Please keep in mind I just left the location and they weren't busy at all on a Sunday. This was very bad service the fact manager John on 8/13/2023 at 2 pm provided services like this! He handed my food and said if I need anything don't hesitate to give them a call like he knew I was going to be disappointed! I finally talked to manager John and I complained. He act like he wasn't concern and asked me what time I picked up my older to try make it seem like it was my fault.

Second time we've ordered from here, will be our last. Both times hardly any sausage on the pizza. BBQ wings were plain wings with BBQ from a bottle dumped on them not cooked in. I'll make my own pizza and wings before I order Papa Johns again.

Can not take a call in order when you call their store, You have to call a call center to order a pizza, they are not allowed to take an order. Definitely a joke.

My fiance ordered pizza around 7:30 or 8 on 12/26/22. Waited an hour called the store. They said they attempted to deliver but "noome was home" there was... It took 2 more hours to get 3 hour old pizza cause the "original" driver had gone home. Woman at the store argued they had attempted a delivery... Honestly i dont think anyone did.. Ps. We have cameras around our house and at the front door noone from papa johns came to the front door till 10:54pm. If you don't have drivers just say so. If you're lazy say that too...

Love Papa John’s pizza. However tonight was different. We ordered our food at 6:45 and was told it wouldn’t take but maybe 15 minutes. I’m completely understanding that business is booming at night and was fully prepared to wait. When I entered the store I could quickly see why they were so behind. I felt horrible for the employees that worked there due to the constant berating from their manager I would assume. Yelling and talking down to them the whole time I was here. By this time, there was probably 25 boxes lined up in the window and everyone was working their butts off. If someone is reading this, I hope you can roll back the footage and see what I was talking about.

Waited over 2.5 hrs for pizza and location never tried to make it right . To me if you got staffing issue you should t make customers pay for it should have made it right . After doing business with them every week , and every week getting worse starting to rethink doing business with them
