Customer service is trash. They made my order wrong. Caught it before I left the establishment. I rang the bell and alerted the staff. No big deal these things happen. I wasn’t pressed until I finish a whole 30 minute episode and no one came to get my sandwich. 10-15 minutes later they picked up the sandwich and I waited for ANOTHER 15-20 minutes. I ask for a refund because whaaaa?!? The employee walks out and asks what did I order. Sooooooo you mean to tell me I had been sitting there for an hour waiting for nothing??? This is my second bad experience and the fact that I didn’t get a total refund just pissed me off more. If I knew I would get charged for what I ate I would have just came in worked an hour, made my order correct, then left.

Was traveling from Georgia to Texas and stopped at this Sonic for a breakfast burrito and drink.First parking spot I parked in the ordering machine did not work so I had to relocate.When I got my food it was cold there was no sausage in my burrito. The eggs look like they had been sitting for hours and my tater tots were dripping oil.Horrible food do not eat here!

I LOVE there food. I would always get the foot long hotdog for like 5 moths (I barley go to sonic) But recently I've been getting the number 2 the double cheeseburger I LOVE it. I would highly recommend eating here.

I love the chocolate peanut butter milk shake, the warm soft pretzels with cheese dip, and my cherry vanilla coke. Oh, and all the slushes. With Nerds. ???

my daughter went tonight to get somethings from this sonic, her card declined, i have no idea why, bc money was in her acct. i have access to her acct and can see that the money was there. The girl that was working was very rude. My daughter had started eating her corn dog bc she wasn’t aware that her card was about to decline bc there was money in there and the lady said i’ll have to take all that from you. I understand you have a job and the food wasn’t paid for but i also know money was in her acct and there’s no need to be rude to a teenager like that. Esp when it’s closing time for you.
