Terrible experience. They were not happy that I came through the drive through at 8:37. They were very rude and slow. I was the only one in the drive through but it still took 20 minutes. The coke was flat. Once I pulled around they intentionally didn’t talk to me. I asked for a combo and they said we don’t do combos. I said no problem add a coke and fries then. They didn’t like that either. Won’t be back.

I normally only post positive reviews but today will be different. I went in today for lunch and a young guy took my order. He asked the same questions 3 times regarding the size of each item that I ordered. Apparently the cook realized I never received my food and began my order after I had been there for about 20 minutes. The guy who originally took my order, started, asking me the size of the items that I ordered…again. This was the filthiest restaurant I have ever eaten at in my entire life. The taste of the sandwich was still good but the fries were awful and the drinks were all flat. After spending almost $20 I felt like I had to eat it but I will never go back. If everything about this experience hadn’t been bad, I would not have written this review.

The food at this place is always hit or miss. I have had maybe 2 decent meals here and 3 or 4 really bad ones. Every time I pull up I'm not even sure its open because there is literally no cars in the parking lot. I never go into the store. The one time I did was enough for me. Who ever owns this place obviously doesn't care at all about cleanliness. The restaurant its self is dirty and in disrepair. The bathrooms are always gross. Also the price is absolutely ridiculous. What chain fast foot restaurant makes you pay for fries, drinks, and the sandwich all ala carte? This one does.. expect to pay between $18-22 dollars for a regular sub fries and drink. For that price you'd think you would get a pretty well loaded up sandwich. Think again. The steak escape in NP is actually good. This one is a terrible.

The staff was kind and considerate. The food was bad - you could tell the grease had not been changed in a long time. Could taste the bad grease in the sandwich and fries. The ketchup machine had not been cleaned in a while.

stopped here at around 12 to grab a bite and use the restroom before finishing my road trip. The food looked really great online. upon walking i went straight to the restroom so I can wash my hands and use the restroom. there is literally crap all over the toilet it was nasty. I thought okay maybe they missed it. I walk to the register to order and all the tables are dirty. there is only one couple in the restaurant and no one in the drive through. i order thinking well maybe they had a rush. as I'm walking to find a cleanish table it just gets nastier and nastier. The floor is slick with grease and grime. It smells awful! there is not one single counter space free of food and filth, the fryers have rotting food piled under them. I can only imagine what the back looks like or how they store the food. I could not stay and eat, it was making my stomach roll. Especially after I received my food on a dirty tray! I had to get a refund. there is no way this place got that dirty in one hour. This place needs to be shut down!
Probably the best fast food in Brandon. Miles better than that chicken place down the road. However, the store is old, chairs falling apart, counters worn. Could use a renovation.

My experience at Steak Escape in Brandon was quite disappointing. Despite being intrigued by the name, the reality was far from any kind of escape. The overall cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired; the tables were cluttered with items despite the absence of customers, and the floors were littered with trash. The drink area resembled a disaster zone, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere.After much contemplation, my companions and I chose to dine in. Regrettably, this decision proved to be a mistake. The food lacked any discernible flavor, leaving us with a rather unappetizing meal. The only way to make it remotely palatable was to douse it in copious amounts of ketchup. Even after being served, the staff displayed an astonishing lack of initiative when it came to cleaning. To my astonishment, one employee even opted to indulge in his AirPods and relax in the rear of the establishment.In summary, my visit to Steak Escape was a genuinely unpleasant experience. The combination of unsanitary conditions, lackluster food, and apathetic staff members left a lasting negative impression. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience.
