$20 for one 12" sandwich, I don't think so. Charge will be disputed. I have been eating subway for years and have never paid anywhere close to that for a single sandwich.

we went to subway tonight and there was 4 workers there and the service was so slow. i’ve worked there before. there’s usually 3 workers max and it was never this slow of getting sandwiches made. 4 people should’ve had it done way

I will never be going back to this place.A few weeks ago, I went through their drive thru with my daughter, we usually eat there once or twice a month when I have her. We got our usual sandwiches.When we got home we discovered that my sandwich had no meat, so I called back. I was told my name would be written down for a replacement sandwich. As I work in the food service industry I thought this was good customer service.I just went through trying to get my sandwich and was told I'm not getting it. So I was *LIED* to. My name was never written down and that location never had any intention in correcting the mistake they made. Since I didn't come back the next day or next few days, I was denied my replacement sandwich.So this location only believes in correcting a mistake if it's done on their timetable.The customer service book at my establishment has no time restrictions, except that we're closed every Sunday.Needless to say, I will *NEVER* be returning to this Subway.

This location used to be great just a couple of years ago, but they're having severe issues that aren't being addressed properly. The managers have been told. They apologize and attempt to correct it for that visit, but its not getting any better. It just happens again on the next visit. The last 4 times I went, my sandwiches didn't even have the cheese. Many times some of the toppings have been missing. The last 3 times, the garlic aioli had no flavor whatsoever. My sandwich yesterday had severely soggy bread from watery garlic aioli. The sandwich dripped 'sauce' the entire time I was eating. I had a huge puddle like area left on the sandwich paper after eating that was basically white colored water which should have been garlic aioli sauce. The sandwiches just aren't good if they're not prepared correctly. They've increased prices too high for what they're serving.

I ordered a turkey spinach wrap with the meat and cheese heated, at the drive thru. When I left and opened the bag, I received a small than usual, plain, white wrap that was cold and had not been heated. For $10 this wrap was about half the size of usual spinach wrap. I called the restaurant and spoke to the lady that prepared it. She said that they were out of spinach wraps and that don’t heat the meat and cheese. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that when I ordered to which she had no answer. I feel duped and scammed! She offered no kind of compensation for my trouble, accept to say bring the wrap back and we’ll make you a new one. Why would I drive all the way back to Subway just get the same, “we don’t have spinach wraps and we don’t heat the meat?” This restaurant is giving you smaller than usual portion sizes and giving you what they want you to have, instead of what you ordered and taking your money for it. Bad business!!
