The absolute worst sub I have had in 40 years of being a subway fan. Burned bread, wilted veggies and cheese that disappeared, Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip at checkout.

Horribbbleeee. The young lady that was working was extremely rushed and inpatient, although my fiancée and I were the ONLY two in the store. It was around 8pm, so I have no idea what her problem was being that they still had an hour before closing. Our sandwiches were thrown together in a very sloppy manner. Once I arrived home to eat my sandwich the entire contents of the sandwich completely fell out from the uncut bread. This was a horrible first experience, being that we just moved into this area. If I could give her zero stars I would.

Inside Walmart which I normally don't trust but this one was clean. Why do Subways not sell roast beef anymore?!? The world is becoming a strange place. :(

This subway is excellent. The employees and owners are very kind. They recognize me and they know my order. There is plenty of space in the seating area, and the restaurant is always clean and well organized. The service is friendly and quick. This is a great place to stop for food while you get your shopping done as well.

Theses owners are ripping off their customers! Everything is upcharged there. For example: every other Subway location only charges $1 for extra cheese on a foot long sandwich, but they charge $1.50! Do not support them, and let’s put them out of business, or until they lower their prices. What a disgrace to their customers! Pathetic!

Today my mom visited this Subway while I was in Walmart shopping. After patronizing this restaurant for over 30 minutes she attempted to refill her drink prior to leaving and was harassed by the female employee. My 79 year old mother was informed she had to pay for a refill. After I noticed her harassing my mother I entered the restaurant and informed the employee the other Subway stores that had a fountain drink machine on the floor accessible to the customers to fill/refill their drinks didn't charge for refills. She then informed me my mother could not leave the store and come back for a refill. I informed her that my mom just got up from the table to leave, but turned around to get a refill. Why would you risk loosing a potential future return customer for a $2 beverage your customer has already paid for earlier before sitting down. Unfortunately, I experienced this same bad customer service from this same restaurant 10 years ago. I immediately stopped going to the restaurant. This was our first time patronizing this Subway after ten years hoping their service had changed. Unfortunately, this Subway has not changed it's bad customer service. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. I wish Walmart would change it to another fast food restaurant. The owners/management need to train all of their employees on how to effectively interact with their customers while showing appreciation for their support.

I had trouble finding the address of this Subway, but for those of you in the Flowood/Brandon area it's the subway inside the Walmart on Lakeland. This is absolutely the cleanest and best Subway that we have in the area. The family that runs this Subway takes great care in the customer by providing a clean restaurant with fresh food. I have eaten at several of the Subway shops in the area and they can not compare to this one. I always watch the people making the sandwiches and I am very observant to their habits of cleanliness, and many of them don't even realize that their practices are very unsanitary. Not this location; but a Subway owner down Lakeland by the Cane's had the gloves on using her cell phone and thought she was going to make me a sandwich and I told her how filthy cells phones were and that I would not eat at her place of business before walking out. But here you can rest assure that they are trying to do everything right.
