It's the Waffle House. There really isn't much to say about the atmosphere. I always order the same thing, but with enough changes to make it unique.Ms. Sandy is always ready with my drink as soon as I get seated. She checks to make sure I want the usual, then calls it out.Always a great experience!

I went to Waffle House in Brandon across from chik f lay and the one right in front of the car lots. I walked in and ordered an All Star they came back to tell me that they didn’t have any Grits. I asked how long would it be the manager says 40 minutes. Let me tell you there were at least 8 employees working, they were running into each other. I can’t understand how didn’t nobody realize that they were running or out of grits. So I order an omelette and waffle. How come they brought me an omelette with the cheese placed in the middle like a sandwich and the cheese not melted. I put butter on the waffle and the butter wouldn’t melt. I saw the sever telling the so call Manager that I wasn’t satisfied. Do you think that he did his duty and came to talk to me? No he did not. What top it off before I had even taken a bite of anything they already had ticket laying on the table. Never experienced anything like this before.
