Bad service, bad food. I should have known when we were the only car there. Went around 11:00 p.m, not from Brandon...no one in line but me, took my payment then said I owed $2 more..!? For what? I did not give it either...They didn't know how to work the register, and my hamburger was CRUNCHY!! The manager's stomach was hanging out of his shirt. This says enough here. Will not go back to this Wendy's.

After several bad experiences with this specific location consistently screwing up my order today was the last straw. I ordered a double stack meal and I got bare patties with no cheese, ketchup or toppings. This is location clearly does not care about the product the sell because when I brought up my previous messed up orders to management after driving several miles back just to get it fixed they acted like I was inconveniencing them. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy
