They do pretty good here. Food is pretty much always hot, fresh and accurate. A lot if innacurate orders in fast food nowdays, but this BK gets mine right. The drive thru window attitude in the AM needs some work sometimes, but overall this BK has made a nice turnaround from a year or two ago.

It was a rainy day and I wanted to try a variety of your foods. Well, the mistake I made was that the chicken was raw. I got in touch with the manager and told her about it when I bit down on it it was crunchy. Like raw crunchy it was atrocious and it’s been months and I am still having PSTD over it. I have sworn I will never go back to your store. The manager did not want to believe me nor did she want to give me credit, so it was all around a bad deal . it cost me $42 and I did not keep the receipt as a child. I learned that I do not lie so there you have it I do not lie it was a nasty experience. I will never set foot in that restaurant again.

The food was good. The worker charged my husband for honey mustard which was odd because we've never been charged before.
This place needs updates worn out ! Ask for glove when you are at the drink counter it’s disgusting and no one seems to care to clean it up!!

When I was ordering my breakfast there was a drive through customer inside of the place making a complaint about her food not being done. I should have taken a note and left right then. My breakfast burrito was loose, food was just tossed into the bag. The quality of the eggs in the burrito was questionable so after taking a few bites I tossed it in the garbage. I would avoid the place if you could.
