We stopped there on our way to Vicksburg. The atmosphere was smoky and there was a 10-minute wait on food but the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The food was ok. Great experience overall.
We got the plain Krystals Sackful meal anf the buns were soggy, Like the meat was in water before placed on bun and as far as price vs quantity of food goes a Krystals Chick's Sackful Meal costs $57! (2 drinks 2 fries and 12 2x2 rolls with an even smaller piece of chicken!!) ??

I don't know if they can't keep workers, are understaffed, but the last wo times we went to Krystal Burger in Brooklhaven,, MS, we were the only ones in the parking lot and had to wait 13 minutes for a sackful of krystals. The last 2 times! We drive from McComb, MS to Krystal Burger just for these hamburgers as my husband loves them. But having to wait, at 1:oo pm, no one there but us, makes me wonder why?
