Popeyes here … is ridiculous. They have young people who plays inside and outside Popeyes and the closing manager is no better because she allowed them to play. My problem is how you gonna close an hour before closing time. With no explanation - If read the previous post this seems to happen all the time. It’s false advertisement from 10-11 pm drive thru. Now if something else was going on maybe ran out of chicken like they normally do that’s understandable. But allowing a customer sit in the drive thru for 10 mins and don’t say thing over intercom that is poor customer service being that you close at 11 drive thru and your employees block the drive thru lining their cars up so incoming cars can’t go thru. And use foul language over the intercom cause I took a picture of the times off the door after I drove thru the second time. Retrain your employees and managers. Hell they are no more tired that the next person

Its VERY hot in the building. We waited over an hour for our food. They burned our food, and when asked, all the workers continued socializing and let the pie we also ordered, burn as well. The place was filthy. Dirty tables, dirty floors, the bathrooms were disgusting. Would not recommend. At all. The workers have NO manners.

Pull up at 9pm and lobby is closed even though it says open untill 11pm. Get in drive thru line and nobody would even answer the speaker or take anybody’s orders ahead of me for 12 minutes while multiple employees are all in the parking lot just talking with each other.Edit: left review before my turn to order but they told me all they had was enough chicken for a 5 Pc tender,breast,and some thighs.. this has happened multiple times. Don’t waste your time and just go to KFC
