Great food and plenty , best seafood in the area . Yes it's pricey but was worth it . I haven't had fried oysters in years bcoz many places don't cook them good. But tonight I got the seafood platter that come with oysters, shrimp and catfish. The oysters were soo good I couldn't stop eating them to even try the rest of the food . But it was all great , 12 oysters, 10 big shrimp and 2 catfish, hushpuppies and fries on the platter . Couldn't eat it all , was so much food ....read full review

We stopped at Melba’s Place on our way to Nola and thought it was a great choice!! The shrimp chili appetizer was great, thoroughly enjoyed the crab claws too. Shrimp PoBoy was good. Great service. Thank you!!
