Everytime I go here I tell them no lettuce or pickle do to being allergic and they put it on every time I guess I'll go elsewhere because I don't want me to end up in hospital over it this sucks that they don't listen everDietary restrictions: They don't listen to me when I tell them I'm allergic

Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. I’ve been numerous times since it opened and had a great experience every time. In terms of fast food, the food is great, very clean kitchen, overall amazing location. As someone who lives in Iuka, anytime I want to eat Jacks, I drive the extra ~10 minutes to eat at this location because they are BOUNDS better than the one in Iuka.

Visiting Jack's Restaurant in Burnsville, Mississippi, was an absolute delight. As a new facility, it stands out for more reasons than one. First off, the cleanliness of the place catches your eye the moment you step in. It's evident that great care is taken to maintain the pristine condition of the restaurant, which is always reassuring for a diner. The service here deserves a special mention - it's not just friendly, it's genuinely warm, making you feel welcomed right from the get-go. Even better, the service is quick, a rarity that combines well with the friendliness to enhance the dining experience significantly. As for the food, it's remarkably good for a fast-food establishment. The flavors, portion sizes, and presentation were all on point, proving that fast food can also be quality food. Another aspect I greatly appreciated was the ample parking space available. It's not just limited to regular vehicles; there's also plenty of room for semi-trucks with trailers, which is a thoughtful touch for travelers and truck drivers. Speaking of truck drivers, Jack's shows its appreciation by offering a discount to CDL truck drivers, a gesture that surely does not go unnoticed.Overall, my experience at Jack's Restaurant was nothing short of excellent. The combination of the clean and welcoming environment, swift and friendly service, delicious food, and thoughtful amenities like ample parking and discounts for CDL drivers makes it a place I'd recommend to anyone stopping by or living in Burnsville, MississippiParking: There is plenty of parking for semi-trucks with trailersKid-friendliness: They have a good variety of kids mealsWheelchair accessibility: The building parking lot tables and restrooms are all wheelchair accessible

Horrible service and moody/unprofessional staff. Food was not warm and very bland. Pass on this place.

Biscuits are awful. Second time I've tried em, second time I've been disappointed. The dough is overworked and they are dry.

Ordered 2 dinners. Waited and waited and finally went to counter food was sitting on counter as they waited on someone to make mashed potatoes. Chicken and biscuits were cold. Server couldn't understand why we didn't want it. Did get a refund. Will not be back. It's a shame because Burnsville needs eating locations.

We wanted to try out the new Jack's...they were short handed because one quit while we were in line to order .But the chicken breast was like whit leather/ I got my mashed potatoes cold/ the french fries were half done/ the chicken strips were so small they must of came from bandys.and they were out of chicken legs as well as gravy. The wait time was 15 minutes....on top of it....It was HORRIBLE to say the least! My son came home with diarrhea and I don't plan to ever eat there again!!!! I WISH I WOULD OF STAYED HOME AND ATE A CAN OF BEANS!!
