I just had the WORST Southwest veggie wrap I have had at any Chick fila EVER on 4-15-24 5pm. the wrap was wet and falling apart. It was completely inedible. Other times the ingredients were slightly frozen but I never complained. I hope we shouldn't expect service to go downhill from here.

Every single time I’m in this drive thru, at least 1 person (4 the latest visit!) get in the other line after you and get get their food before you. It’s an absolute mess. The food is standard chic fil a quality.
They advertised a Veterans Day special but did not honor it. I am sure glad the Veterans did not have that attitude when they were fighting to protect us.
