The food was cold, like just taken out of a refrigerator. Three hotdogs were all cold, even chili sauce. Could at least heated up in the microwave. DO not recommend this Krystal burger for food. The service was great. All staff was friendly.

To fully explain, it’s 6 in the evening on a Wednesday. Two eight foot tall banners are waving in the breeze that state “lobby open”. I go to the door, lo and behold it opens when I tug on it. I enter, expecting to be greeted by smiling faces and deliciousness however that was not the case. I was rudely rejected and told the lobby was in fact not open. The end. I love Krystal burgers but did not get any this day.
This restaurant is absolutely terrible! Service is awful, doors are locked 90% of the time, they are slow as molasses in the drive through, then when you get your order it's not even warm. I don't know where they find these people! I'm done, I gave them 3 chances in the last couple months! Won't ever be back!!
