So I work at a neighboring restaurant and one of there employees came into our establishment. She was the rudest customer I ever dealt with in my period and a half years of working. On a separate occasion cut some food from the drive-thru one of my wings was missing. It was over priced and cold. On a good note the mc n cheese is fire.

I ordered a 4pc combo spicyw/ Cajun rice as the side.I received old spicy chicken no biscuit and my red beans was very dry. I called to let a member of management know that my dinner is old, no apology was given just bring everything back plus receipt. I live 7 miles from there! My meal should have been prepared correctly it was not busy at the time so it wasn't a rush order!

I agree, this restaurant do not deserve a 1 rating. First the thing the drive thry cashier had a nasty attitude. Second i ordered a certain meal she heard me but decided she would not get the order right. Then i drove off to turn around go back because the chicken was horrible and the order was wrong. Believe it or not i e it my car to to with a head manager which the manager totally ignored me! She rolled her eyes and had me stand there an extra 20 minutes onn top of the 30 minutes i already was waiting!! Poor service and food!!!
