I went to Wendy's and received a cold burger. How do I know this, well the burger was cold. I asked them to remake it and they put the burger in the dam microwave. The bread so soggy that it's wet at the bottom. The top bread is all sog. I'm so upset. It's shame that they do things like.if you like your job then don't go If you do like it do your best.

I am highly highly HIGHLY satisfied with the customer service I received from Taylor and DeAsia (I hope I'm spelling her name right) If not, I truly apologize. I just moved to Mississippi 2 years ago and have been experiencing bad customer service. It feels really good to witness good customer service especially when it's genuine. Keep up the good work. I ordered 2 biggie bags with a strawberry lemonade and blueberry promegranite lemonade and a grilled chicken ranch wrap. I'm usually there a lot and the service has not been bad but today when I went around 11am, it was different and I wanted to acknowledge that. Thank you, Again.
