I couldn't find the negative stars. I had my appetite set for a steak-n-cheese sub, as chef thugs dreadlocks and extensions fell onto the sandwich she ran her gloved hand through her hair brushing them back behind her shoulder and continued dressing the sandwich contaminating the black olives, tomatoes, peppers, and lettuce. I told the manager and she offered to remake it with the contaminated condiments. I walked out and will never return.

The sandwiches are to die for there so delicious and healthy for you can't wait to go there again yummy place and they are very helpful and friendly staff to.and you can make up your own decisions sandwich there plus a bag of chips and drink and the prices are great to. It's a must go to place.

Can I put zero stars? Worst service ever. Upon arriving we were ignored. The lady just continued to put cheese on the bread, pan after pan. She continued to talk on the phone the entire time. Once finally ready to take our order, she just looked at us, instead of saying anything about the wait or what can I get for you. She had to continue to ask us to repeat ourselves because she couldn’t HEAR OVER THE PERSON SHE WAS STILL ON THE PHONE WITH! Oh by the way there is a big sign on the glass that said “absolutely no cell phone use while ordering”. I guess that doesn’t work both ways. We both wanted jalapeños, but they looked like they had been in a Petri dish growing specimens in a lab. After taking nearly 15 minutes, after the initial wait, to make 2 sandwiches, the drink machine was out of order. I rarely take the time to write complaints. We are very easy customers. Will not be back to this subway.

On yesterday I came into subway using my subway app, the young lady didn't know that it's only for rewards. She gave me my money back. Employees need more training on technology. Plus, today your subway menu is not updated. They don't even have the new sub or bread. The lady who works on Tuesday and Thursday needs more help.
