This location doesn't have the customer service one looks for when visiting a restaurant. They tried but it seems they were more worried about food cost. If I ask for everything that's what a I want. Not a fan of substitute at your discretion. Well I don't think asking for a order to be made fresh was too much. Again I had to go back and it still was dry as the first one. So long story short be mindful of this location when placing your order to go.

This is the worst place you can eat at after 5 o'clock p.m the staff is so playful, rude , don't know how take orders correctly, food cold, even the manager on team was snotty, all because they got my order wrong than gave me what they want me to have and not what I order or paid for I will never go back after 5pm, very childish not stafied at all very upset & disappointed.

Great food. Will look forward to eating there again. The melted cheese ova fries is scrumptious!!! Enjoy the taste when you visit Wendy's. We enjoyed. Look forward to our next visit to Wendy's. ☺Parking: It was easy access to park with no problem during a weekday close to lunch. We were satisfied.

This has to be the most ghettofied Wendy's ever. I came across this wendys because I was lost. When I saw it I decided to place an order and simply ask for directions while there. After I had paid I asked the drive thru associate if she knew knew how I could find the closest park. She turned to another employee and asked and all I heard was a loud string of profanity instead of a simple "I don't know". She cursed this agent who was very timid acting. I asked for my money back. When the employees have no pride in how they behave in front of customers and evidently no fear of mgmt if they behave poorly I can't trust the food quality. And on top of it the agent at the window had a runny nose and I saw it. Fast food places need to pay more to attract higher quality staff. When you pay trash wages you get trash associates.

The front desk runner Tawanna. Very rude! Had the boldness to say "hurry up and get this food. She was tired of looking at my face". I didnt say one word to her, neither do I know this young woman. I felt so embarrassed at this establishment. The lobby was full of customers. In all my years of living, I never felt like this. Will be contacting corporate, 1st thing Monday morning. Couldn't even enjoy my lunch.

I never really have issues at any Wendy's. The food was good for it being fast food. The service was better than most other similar fast food places. I do not like the unreasonable time limits corporate or whoever decides that they only have X amount of time to make and hand out the order to the customer. If their bonuses or whatever management gets for getting the food out as fast as possible didn't have so many unknown/unforeseen variables, it probably would be less stressful to the non managerial employees. Putting a time limit on service takes away from the quality of service you receive. That's for the drive-thru and the front service counter. I know it's fast food but anyone working for the public should be able to provide at least decent customer service skills. Putting a time restriction on that deters away from the quality! Quality over quantity any day!The drive-thru cashier was polite! The outside of the restaurant was fairly clean. The food was good for what it is!Kid-friendliness: They always have a great kids meal theme for the toys. They have kid friendly options when it comes to the meals and parents approved healthier side and drink options such as fruit and milk, as opposed to fries and soda!
