This place is absolutely disgusting inside. Went in to eat and the floor had water, food, trash EVERYWHERE. You can tell the employees do not do anything and management doesn’t care either. The straw compartment was absolutely disgusting. Mold on the straws and old coffee or who knows what in it. The seats were all sticky and the atmosphere was just disgusting.

Sandwhich got so much sauce on it that's basically all it is is bread and with mayo and bbq only one piece of bacon and wasn't givin a chance to ask for ketchup after receiving food the employee was outside on her phone before I was cashed out then went back outside on her phone after I received my food VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE wasn't even given napkins for my order.

Now I know why Wendy's, Zaxby's, and Chick-fil-A always have long lines.Ordered just a burger, bite was taken within 30 seconds...should have known since bag was cold that burger was also. Patty cold and hard, turned around and really wanted refund but burger taken and employee disappeared quickly.Another employee comes out and hands me another burger...no sorry or anything and I know she can speak.I think I-20 travelers keeps this place open. Tough luck for them because by the time they get back on the interstate is when they realize they been screwed.My advice: go through the Burger King light and turn right on next light.

Visited this location in Clinton ,MS on 3/17/24 at 15:30 for food. Lobby is closed as always and drive thru is alway a circus act to get food ordered. I ordered a #5 whopper jr combo (no tomato) it had a damn tomato and two orders of chicken fries.Apparently their drink machine is also not working properly either as all drinks requested was out of order. While in drive thru I also had to back up to the next window which is non operational for literally 5 mins then pull back up for my food.How the hell do these folks think they deserve $15 an hour when they cannot take simple instructions. Why hasn’t the BK brand either tighten up the reigns on this locations franchisee and/or closed this place down as it has nothing but negative reviews from customers day in and day out.Not a single response from an authority figure from the brand on previous reviews lets me know the stance of management and the BK about this location.

On my way to ATL and ima tell you the food is fresher and better here than any Burger King in ATL I’ve had! My family was full and satisfied. I didn’t catch his name but light skinned dude with the locs got us together fast and efficiently good customer service making sure our order was fresh and hot. My momma was satisfied and she’s a hard person to please lol!
