awful customer service in my opinion. my drink was still wrong after they asked about my order multiple times and i told them exactly what i wanted. Also I was charged $9 for a liftoff and water (no NRG, no tea) which seemed outrageous to me

I ordered a loaded tea online 10 mins before I picked it up. When I went in I said Good morning and the lady responded what you need I said I called in a unicorn extra lift she hadn’t made it which I would have gladly waited but that what you need after I said good morning made me feel unwelcome that upset me because normally when some one says good morning what you need is not the response expected ?
