Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. I waited in line for 30 minutes only to get to the speaker were you order and no one answer. Drove up to the window and was told ice cream machine didn't work. Ice cream is literally what Dairy Queen specializes in. I will nevvvvver return.

I’m not sure on the other two because the door said lobby hours but the door was locked and tried calling like 4 or 5 different times, so lack of service. Completely understand understaffed but please warn customers so they don’t embarrassingly pull on the door. ?. I felt super weird and with nobody answering I wasn’t sure what was going on. Thankyou.

Store wont answer calls to place orders, I have tried and tried. I called during normal business hours. At times the phone wouldnt ring long beacuse staff were seemingly hanging it up. All I wanted was to place a ice cream cake order for my mom for her birthday. I cannot recommend this location since it may not be managed as it should.

Fries wasn’t fresh! I told the lady my fries were kinda cold she looked me dead in my face and said they just came out the grease that’s what took so long.. no ma’am not these fries and if so y’all need a new cook!!

Nothing has changed all these years. As long as ice cream is cold, burgers are cooked and the place is clean, I don't care.Probably good that they kept the old design, something different than other renovated locations.I do realize the blizzard is not as thick as it used to be. It has more ice in there than before, maybe inflation they have to cheapen it.

They should get the air fixed or shut it down. Stopped in for a little ice cream. I felt bad for employees. 100 degrees outside and almost as hot inside. DQ you have to do better.

Weirdest experience. We were planning to meet others for ice cream. Door was locked, even though sign said lobby was open. So we went around to the other door, which was open, & walked into the lobby. Before the rest of our group got to the door, a worker locked the door behind us, & walked behind the counter. Confused, we asked if he just locked us in & he said the lobby is closed. We had to ask him to let us out. Guess they didn’t want our business.
