The counter person was soooo rude. I asked about the 8 pc bucket for $10 and she told me that was only on the app and it was $23 in the store. I asked if I could order it on the app and she said I couldn't do it inside the store I would have to go outside. Then she told me it would be a long wait because their internet only came up once an hour! There was not a soul inside or in the drive thru and only one car in the parking lot which I assume belonged to an employee. This was on a Wednesday afternoon and Hwy 80 and other stores were absolutely packed. They might as well close this store because obviously the staff does NOT want to wait on customers. Pitiful excuse for a human being.

food was absolutely disgusting, soggy unflavored chicken. No sauce was offered without an up charge, drinks were not able to be refilled in the lobby, the bathroom had blood and bugs on the floor. I called corporate without hesitation and am truly surprised this place isn't already closed. It's a disgusting environment with employees that don't care.

Worst KFC I've ever been in. The A/C seemed to be broken. The drink machines were broken. And the bun on my chicken sandwich was hard as a rock.

I went through the drive-thru got a bucket of original chicken they didn't have any made at the time but he said if I could wait 10 minutes should be right out. Within 10 minutes it was there I brought it home and it was so good and very very kind and nice appropriate

Im disappointed because we wanted the 16 piece family meal and they only had legs and thighs. SMH. $51 for legs and thighs. The food was good though but get it together so we can get what we pay for!

The worker at the drive thru window told me it’ll be a 25 min wait on chicken so I waited because I did want fresh chicken ..so how abt I get my chicken & the worker only microwaved the chicken so I go in to the store nicely & asked “can u pls drop fresh chicken”? & she stated it’ll be another 7 mins on fresh chicken, lord it was microwaved yet again mind u I purchased the big box of chicken! this is foul & wrong how I was treated, I got a refund after waiting 40’ mins for nothing, I’ll never eat at kfc again.. periodt
I would give them no stars but it won't let me I got $40 worth of food and couldn't eat any of it all the food and even the side had a burnt sour smell to it. It was so bad that it smelled up my whole hotel room and they basic said I was out the money and they weren't going to make it
