What a horrible experience, there is no cashers, they charge too $$$$ and no Customer services, they abuse their clients, they have a security guy and a lady "manager" fixing issues with the machines. My first and last time I shop in this chain supermarket. Stop give your money to companies they don't appreciate you!

It has become increasingly frustrating to shop at the Kroger in Clinton. There are almost never enough checkout stations open. This morning there were 2 staffed lanes open (actually better than typical 1), however, there were only 3 self-checkout stations open. The lines were backed way out into the store, making it difficult for those still shopping to navigate the aisles. I saw at least 1 person abandon their cart and leave the store due to the extremely long wait. This is inexcusable. For a good while I have been thinking that it might be worth the drive to shop at Whole Foods in Jackson. This morning was the final nudge I needed.

the service here sucks badly!!!. the management is retarded and the employees are lazy/slow. yoi will spend half your day waiting in line because they refuse to open all the registers, including the self serve ones. the quality of employees here is terrible, but its mostly the young age minorities that are so terrible.

I like kroger but sad to say..issues with getting appointment for covid booster on the app. no help. no appointments available..come to find out, their vaccine expired..also had to call to find out why prescriptions aren't ready. in the past u recommended kroger pharmacy but going down hill...

I want to thank Tonya in the bakery, I was in a tight spot and needed some cupcakes for Veterans day at the last minute she said don't worry. Well the next day I picked up 24 beautiful red white and blue cupcakes. Thank you so much they were a big hit!

I appreciate my Kroger in Clinton, Mississippi. However, their pharmacy is in trouble. Takes days sometimes before they fill your prescriptions; just yesterday I even had a tech tell me they were three days behind. Later, when I went to pick up my "rushed" order, I went inside because the drive-through line was 10 cars deep, at 8:15 pm. Inside the line was long, too. It was 9:10 before I spoke to a pharmacist tech. Good thing I am a patient man. Something must be fixed. Please.

Kroger Really Let Their Customers Down On Today,02/16/21 First Of All They Wouldn't Answer The Phone To See If They Were Open For Business, Then I Just Happen To Go Their Anyway, At 4:00 Pm It Wa s a Line Formed On The Store Porch Then They Come Out At 4:23 Pm & Said They Were Closing, Because Of Employees Shortage, I Am At Kroger 4 To 7 Times Per Week, And This Is How You Help Your Loyal Customers, SMH #Letcustomersknowwhenyouropening
