This location continues to do dishonest business by selling specialty pizzas with missing ingredients but never telling the customer. Recently I bought two large greek pizzas and when my family and I took our first slices (4 - 5 total) we realized there was no feta cheese on the greek pizza. This has happened before. This time I took the pizzas back! When I returned them the manager/s admitted they had been out of feta cheese for “a long time” but they still refused to return my money even though they KNEW what they had done. This store is badly run and casts a negative light on the Mazzios brand. Whoever owns the franchise needs to stop thieving from the locals and make sure their staff stops doing the same. I mean what are these people doing? Stealing the feta cheese and other ingredients and taking them home for their own use? Seems ridiculous but makes you wonder why they work so hard to cover up the sales of wrongly made products. THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY CASH PAYMENT!!!!!! For pizzas that were NOT custom orders but ACTUAL pizzas from their OWN MENU that WERE NOT MADE CORRECTLY! And they had the audacity to act like I was asking for an unusual service to be sold what I ordered off the menu! This selling of a false product in hopes no one will figure it out is not acceptable. I want my money back, Mazzios. I don’t want a coupon. I don’t want free pizzas. I want my money back! And I’m done dealing with these lying, cheating, thieves!

The heavy girl with the attitude at the front needs to be fired. Even when interacting kindly she was still very short and disrespectful. Pitiful service. Also got my order wrong i didn't open the box until i was home...she was very clear with her disrespectful tone when asking "original or thin crust" I said original....i have a thin crust pizza in my hands..... what a pathetic human being. Love mazzios can't stand miserable clerks.

I went with a friend to eat there. We both independently arrived at the conclusion that this restaurant is average at best. I say average and not below average because when my friend complained about his order they gave him an alternative option. The chef came to him and ask for his inputs in that process, too. But overall, and an satisfactory experience. The person standing by the order taking counter had difficulty explaining what comes with specific combos. I ordered one type of pizza but I got another type. The food came with an abnormally high amount of salt. Prices were typical for the kind of restaurant, if not a little higher.

This location is not clean, cabinet doors hanging off, cleaning supplies, mops etc. open to dinning area, it's in need of a major overhaul!Forks were dirty! Plates were chipped! One man almost fell after tripping on mats in the beverage area. Totally nasty!Salad bar wasn't fresh, pizzas were burnt and cold on the buffet!! Drinks were flat!

Where's the beef? We had pizza yesterday and there was only beef in the center of the pizza. The pieces of beef are smaller than they used to be, so we need it spread out a little more, and more of it, please.

Made an attempt to utilize a Birthday coupon offer that I was sent on 6.18 via email. Per the email, it says to show the email to redeem the offer. I arrive at this location only to find out that I needed to print out the email instead. It is not printed anywhere on the offer, email or inside this location that in order to redeem an email offer, it has to be printed out. I spoke with two Managers who them passed the phone to their GM Wayne. Wayne informed me that he told his crew to only accept printed offers that are sent via email. This is misleading since the email didn't not state this and there isn't any signage printed or hung anywhere about the specifics for this location. I was told that a printed version of the offer is needed to void it out in the system. The offer does not have a barcode printed on it for them to scan. There's the expiration date and coupon code printed on the offer for them to refer to when looking up the coupon in their system. The code is there so that it wouldn't be duplicated or reused. This location made their own rules and did not care for the inconvenience. I will never visit this location again. Very unprofessional.
