I have no clue why the reviews are this good. My wife and I were excited for this place, but it was easily one of the worst restaurant meals I’ve had. It was weird because the pasta seemed house made, so my hopes were high, but it was awful. The Alfredo tasted like powdered baby milk, it made me gag. This place follows the trend of most Jackson restaurants: mimic the price of good upscale restaurants in other areas, but with low quality, prepackaged food. Ate there once, and it was bad enough that we’re not giving it a second try. Do people just have no sense of food quality, or are these paid reviews?

The first time we went there, we were not impressed with the food. It tasted anything but Italian. Decided to give it a second try since every place has their off days. Our 2nd time was worse. The Alfredo was tasteless and the chicken had a rotten smell. I will not be coming back here.

I’m really not sure why so many people are saying the food here is great. It’s not. Both my fiancée and I got the tour of Italy, and it was just bland overall. The chicken on the chicken Parmesan was just a frozen, breaded chicken patty that had zero crunch. The Alfredo had no flavor, and the cream sauce was very starchy. The lasagna was the best thing on the plate, but even that was underwhelming considering the lasagnas one can get anywhere else. The starter bread was great. But that’s all.
Everything thing we ate was great. My husband had chicken parmesan with a side of meatballs. I had chicken Alfredo for the second time. Stephanie was our server, she is very friendly and accommodating.
Spaghetti and meatballs were delicious!!! Haven't had a bad meal at this place yet!! Food always comes out piping hot!!

Best Italian food I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Everything tastes sooo fresh!!! The portions are a great size. Even my husband got a to-go box, and I had enough leftover to eat two more meals. This is my new favorite restaurant. Period.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was awesome and so great with our kids.
