If I could give this sorry excuse of a smoothie shop 0 stars I would. The workers are so unsanitary and unclean. They are constantly out of every ingredient needed to make all of the popular smoothies. Dont waste your money or time here. This place needs to be closed!! I am never greeted by the workers and when asked to speak to the manager I was told “I am the manager”. I usually dont leave bad reviews, but this place has forced me to do so.

Beware of this location. Management is horrible. Her name is Madison. They rarely ever have things in stock. This has happened to us on several occasions. We ordered smoothie bowls online. We got there to pick them up thinking they would be ready but they weren't. They were out of the ingredients to make them. Other customers had just come out because they didn't have the ingredients for what they wanted either. The kicker is that they had trouble giving us a refund. There was no manager on duty so they didn't know how to give us our money back. We finally got a refund. I really feel bad for the staff. They are having to deal with upset customers because of poor management. My husband spoke with the manager directly on the phone. She told him that she told her staff to go over to Kroger to buy the ingredients they needed to make our smoothie bowls before we got there. And she wasn't nice about it! She threatened to fire them if they didn't do it. Whew!

Worst franchise in central ms. I have given the benefit of doubt to this franchise on a few occasions, but the service goes from great one day to horrible the next day. Today I pulled in to the drive thru behind two vehicles right up to the menu/speaker. I waited for someone to take my order, but nobody even acknowledged my presence. I tried to wait it out but after a solid 10-15 minutes and cars pulling up behind me, I gave up and drove off. (I wasn't in a hurry so I wanted to see how long it would take) Maybe they were having a meeting because the store had plenty of staff inside, but if that was the case put up a sign, and at the very least acknowledge your customers piling up I in the drive thru.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! I would NEVER go back to this location again. They never have the ingredients for the smoothie bowl. I need corporate to call me immediately. This can’t be the representation of the company.

I love Smoothie King, but the drive-thru for this branch was awful. The wait was too long and the lady on the speaker phone sounded new and inexperienced. After waiting in line and seeing the bad reviews not even weeks old, we left.

I have had so many bad experiences here that I now drive to the Ridgeland location to order, even though it's much further away. I'm not sure if the owner is aware of the poor management of this location but they are always out of something, understaffed and the staff is not properly trained. Many times the staff will state that they don't know how to make something that is on the menu. Definitely not worth my time and won't return. I've been a loyal smoothie king customer for over 12 years but since moving here, I'm greatly disappointed!

I used to come here frequently since it is so close to my house. This place has gone from bad to worse! Last week I came and waited in line for 15-20min, after receiving my smoothie I noticed huge clumps of protein powder and so much ice I could not use the straw and the taste was awful. I called the manager and he said I could come get a free smoothie. I waited in line again for 15min they give me the wrong smoothie.

Currently in the store now. There's only 1 person working on a Friday. ‍ The drive through is backed around the corner and the lobby is getting full. The guy is trying to keep up but it's clearly overwhelming . If I hadn't ordered on the app I would be walking out.

Worst experience ever at a Smoothie King! It is quite evident that times are hard and that they would hire ANYONE. Waited at the drive through for 15 minutes with only 1 car in front and the employee never came back to take my order. When I finally placed an order (18 minutes in) I received the wrong smoothie. I will never return! Horrible customer service!

Today at 4:15 pm, a smoothie king staff tried to over charge my son for a 20 ounce angel food smoothie. He told my son it was $20. I have never paid or will pay that much for a smoothie. I’m not sure what smoothie king has going on but I need them to get it together.
