Ordered online then called to make sure they received my order.It was Burned! My pizza was burned!Hubby didn’t check before coming home with pizza.I ordered and paid for 6 Dipping cups! There were no dipping cups… 0 dipping cups! I paid $5.94 plus tax FOR NO dipping cups And, let’s add the cost of the BURNED pizza…$23.99 plus tax!We will NEVER order anything from Dominoes again!Horrible experience!

Customers can not call in their orders at the Columbia MS location. It has been this way for a long time now. We have to drive to the location, place our order then wait 30 to 40 minutes for our food. It's not worth the hassle....

We placed an order around 10pm for delivery and we waited till 11 with no response. Then we went to the store and the person just said "we have no delivery drivers". It would be nice to have a text or courtesy call before hand.They tried to send a text when we were in the store to act like they sent something but they obviously didn't. Don't expect much from this little dirt town domino's.

Ordered online, I had it fixed like I wanted it with the extra toppings that I like for me as well as my families and it was good. A little pricey but good!

Had a slight issue but was quickly resolved by Michael who was very professional and respectful. He handled things right away and went above & beyond to resolve the situation. Definitely will order from here again soon ?

I ordered pizza 1/28/23. It was terrible my app said the pizza was ready it was not ready . They lost one pizza had to remake it . We ordered hand tossed ham and got a thin . We was told our bread was in the oven. All of our food was cold it was not in the oven it had just been sitting there. We order pizza a lot. This was the worst experience I have had here it will be a while before I go back . I don’t order pizza for it to be cold when I get it I want it hot

I ordered our pizza at 6:38 pm it came out of the oven at 7:20 pm. My husband has been waiting on it since 7:05 pm.

My volunteers and cooperating organization we're working really hard in some hot weather and we wanted to have some good food. Really appreciate Danielle's friendliness and helpfulness so we can refuel up and get back to work! Will definitely visit again

Online ordering shuts down often so you can't use most coupons and they dont offer the same deals as online. For example the mix and match 5.99 you can order specialty pizzas for 3.00 more online but this is not offered over the phone so a medium specialty pizza is 12.99 instead of 8.99. Also if you remove a topping online you can add another for no extra charge. Over the phone you cannot. Generally you will spend 25% or more ordering over the phone then you would ordering online. So is the online ordering being turned off to make more money? Seems like it happens at this particular location much more frequently than others.
