Ordered a pizza and wings 3/24/2024 that I have still not received, was told my account would be reimbursed within 2 to 5 business days. It's been 6 so far.Customer service is non existent, local store management is rude and non responsive to customer needs. I have been transferred and HUNG UP ON by supposedly "customer service representatives ". Will not stop until I have been satisfied. 20.89 is about to get expensive. ????

I love our hometown Puzza Hut in Columbia, Ms! The pizzas are always amazing and the staff is so courteous!Parking: Plenty of spots close to the store.Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is disabled so I am always aware of accessibility. Our Pizza Hut has nice parking for handicapped people.

We were out driving and decided Pizza Hut pizza would be great.... And didn't want to try the app on the road. So we called and Heidi looked up our previous order and we added the other items we wanted ... She provided suggestions for the best value..... And we placed the order and it was cooked based on our arrival time. We have often enjoyed this Pizza Hut's food and service. But this one, ordered on a Saturday afternoon was even better that others.... I don't want to be disrespectful, but it's going to be difficult for this Pizza to be topped. When we opened the box, that pizza was worthy of a photograph.... But, we enjoyed it too quickly to photograph it ... This was around 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13th. We got two pizzas and two orders of bread sticks... Simply, the whole staff, did a great job..... But this one created a high bar and it seems to me, whoever prepared this order cares about and enjoys his or her job... It was good. In this world today, I don't generally have expectations that are too high; so this one order renews an old guy's belief in the fact that some employees actually do care about the work they do .... It is a blessing.
This is one of the best Pizza Hut locations. You will love the awesome food, the cleanliness and the wonderful staff working there. All around a great place to stop and get amazing food!
They are the nicest people I've ever encountered at a restaurant before. This store in Columbia Ms. Is one of the cleanest stores I've been in. The manager Ms. Rhonda is the greatest.
