Went through drive through after 7 pm, got to the window to pay and was asked to stay at the first window until my order is ready, when asked why I couldn't pull up to the second window the lady just looked at me like I was bothering her. After the car in the second window got there order I proceeded to pull up to the second window. As soon as I did the guy in the window immediately told me to pull over and park in a parking space that my order would be out in a minute. I looked behind me and no other cars were in line so I asked why do I need to pull into the parking spaces and all he could say was he needed me to pull up, so I did. I finally received my order and everything was wrong. Service is never like this during the middle of the day but is almost always like this in the late evenings. I will not be returning

Waited 15+ minutes for the car in front of me to order. Waited again to place my order. Waited in the line at the window. Opened the bag as I was leaving, the fries were old and had the same consistency as rubber. The burger was cold. The meat had a strange taste to it, like cleaning supplies or something. Could not finish the food. The customer service there at night time is definitely nothing to brag on. This was enough to make me never want to eat there again. Had to give one star to post the review. They deserve 0 stars for this experience.

We just got our dinner from Columbus Burger King on Alabama street. My whopper meal wasn’t right at all my husbands meal wasn’t right and we did not even get the whopper jr we ordered w cheese. I want compensation bc we live in Hamilton ms and saw this when we got home. We spent $32.97 and that’s too much to pay when it’s all messed up. I want either our meals like we ordered and compensation for the 32.97 we spent. I expect a call regarding this and or email telling me your gonna make this right. Went to BK (82) for dinner, got an original Chicken Sandwich add cheese and tomatoes. Got back home didn’t have the extra ingredients I PAID for.I tried to call the location, they didn’t answer and I couldn’t leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. It’s crazy!! My money is too good to waste it.

I had the best experience at the one in East Columbus. The gentleman running the register was awesome. Very prompt, polite and all around great attitude. I wish I had gotten his name so i could call corporate and brag on him. He was running food out to customers, checking with customers to make sure everything was to their liking, greeting new customers when they walked in. The energy this man has in wonderful. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Please keep this man and his crew. Best fast food experience I've had in quite awhile.

Order was wrong I even did online order still was wrong set in line for 20 minutes got to speaking seat there another 15 min until I finally said hello....really not happy with them
