4 starts only because it took a long while to get my order , was asked multiple times to retell my order after already placed while I was waiting.

I get that it was Market St festival, but it took nearly an hour to make a drink that was watery, bland, and disappointing.

EXCELLENT quality coffee! The sausage biscuit rolls are pretty amazing, too. They have a menu full of options and are always friendly.Parking: Finding a spot right in front of the place isn't a guarantee, but finding a spot within a block is almost always doable
Great! Through my travels I don’t often find coffee shops with Thai tea—delicious! Also build you own sandwiches. Wonderful experience in downtown Columbus.
