The food is very good especially for something late night. It’s like you get 3 meals in one and it’s very satisfying the employees are nice and service is very fast even on a busy night. I love there onion rings and chicken Cajun sandwich highly
The employees use to care and acted like it. Not anymore. They need more training in the preparation and the ordering area. I ordered two meals and neither meal arrived correct. Had to make three trips to the counter to get the meals corrected and in the end one of the meals was still prepared wrong after three trips. I just got tired of going back and trying to get explain what was wrong so they could try to get it right.

Just all around bad. They kept messing up orders. People had to keep going back up to the register to get their order right. Burgers are over cooked. They messed my all the way nacho style burger up. Left off everything but the nacho cheese. So I payed more for what they gave me. The Cookout in Starkville and Tuscaloosa are great. It’s just this one in Columbus. Bad customer service and management. I will never go to this one in Columbus ever again!

Food service was terrible. My order was 10 orders infront of people receiving theirs. I had to go back to the counter and ask about my food. 15 minutes later I received my food and it was awful. I felt DISRESPECTED!!! My burger was overcooked, fries had no seasoning salt as requested seasoning salt in my order. My milkshake was cheesecake add chocolate chip. I told them I had no chips and the my just poured on top without mixing. Everyone else was coming back to the counter complaining of food so the atmosphere was terrible. If I could give no stars I would. Definitely don't recommend spending your hard earned money on something that's thrown together unless that's what you like.

Service at drive thru was a joke. Waited 8 minutes to take part of order then waited longer for them to finish. 2 cars went thru other line while we were waiting. Food is what I ordered. Walking taco was missing lettuce. Shake was good, cheese curds tasted good.Parking: Plenty of parking

Came in today about 2pm on Oct 13, 2023 and received good customer service from the manager. I got my food quick and everything tasted good. The restaurant was clean and organized.Kid-friendliness: They have JR. Meals that have less food for kids to eat/share. And kid friendly food.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room to come in with a wheel chair or scooter.
Tonight I went though cookout, excited to get my child a corndog and myself a burger. I've always enjoyed my food in past visits. Tonight however, the corndogs were burned, chicken nuggets, burned, cheese bites burned. The only thing edible was my burger which had toppings on it I did not order. What in the world is going on here? Highly disappointed. I ended up having to make my child something else to eat because the chicken nuggets and corndogs were burned badly enough I had to throw them away.I will say the young lady at the window was nice!
