Review for "Fresh Berry - French Toast" all day.It was just awful. Nothing like the photo. Maybe 2 slices of bread rolled up in a batter and then baked. No whip creme on top. 4 half strawberries, 4 or 5 blueberries and some syrup. 3 slices of bacon. The "baked" French toast was about 3"x4" and maybe 2" high. The French Toast, or rather baked toast was sooo hard I couldn't even cut it, even with syrup trying to soak. I should have taken a photo, but I was too upset. For 11 bucks it's really is not worth it. Very dissapointed. Told waitress I can not eat it, I can't cut it.Waitress was nice and apologetic. We never got a refill for ice tea, a small glas for over 3 bucks a glas you expect to get a refill. At least I think so. But I left the waitress a $6 tip anyway. My husband liked his breakfast, don't remember what he had though. Probably something easy, as usual.Parking: Not enough handicapped parking.

Every time we go in there the service is terrible. Has been for years. Ask for scrambled eggs and get fried and runny. Asked for bacon which comes with 3 strips, and I got 3 small pieces that wouldn’t equal 1 piece. Waiter told us that was all I could have on the bacon, and had a bad attitude and rolled their eyes in my face.

Food is in middle price range. On highway. Have had problems last two times with order being wrong.01/2020: Back at Cracker Barrel. Place is packed. Service is slow but food and environment has improved.01/18/2023: short of people to serve customers.03/01/2024: dish washer broke this time. At least I got a free tea.

The slowest place ever!!! The was hardly anyone in the restaurant and it took an hour to eat. I had three rings grilled tenders and steamed broccoli and my daughter had a salad!!! Ridiculous!

Told us there was a 20 min wait but it was an hr wait. Didn’t get drinks until 16 mins after sitting down. Took food forever to get to us & some of the orders were incorrect. Terrible experience while trying to pay. My total was 86.41. I gave the cashier $100.41. She was very confused & took her 5 mins to figure out to give me $14 back. We kept telling her it was only $14 back but she keep counting out pennies. Terrible terrible experience! She doesn’t need to run the cashier register. Let me buff tables or something. The line was long & the people behind us was frustrated!

Two days in a row they have been out of casserole tots. wouldn't be a big deal had I not placed my order an hour prior because I have to drive 30 MINUTES just to get there. They wait until I arrive to tell me they are out and offer loaded fries instead. Start Calling folks.

This place has gone down. Chicken tenders were burned on one side, and they left an egg off my husbands order. Not sure if I will return because this is not the first time our food has not been what Cracker Barrel is known for.
