After paying over $2800.00 for a catering order to be delivered 4 days in advance , the order was not delivered nor was it completed in time. This inefficiency created a significant impact on productivity for my employees and staff. The only thing I was offered for my inconvenience was a free sandwich on my next visit after having to make multiple trips to pick up a partial order. With having an advanced notice of 4 days to make cold cut sandwiches, a mere increase in staff or a few hours in overtime could have easily prevented this.

A bit pricey. Ended up spending 30 bucks jus on one large sub and a coke with chips. However the sub was really good!!! I ate about half then ate the rest a Lil bit later. Nice meat , nice bread. Very good, I've gone here now twice in two different locations, and both times were equally very good all the way around and read a sign inside both locations where they donate to charity .

This visit was my first to Firehouse Subs. I liked their support and asking for donations for first responders. The lady who took my order was helpful and polite. I ordered the steak and cheese. It was pretty good. I enjoyed the sandwich. While I was eating the only male working I saw there was loudly talking about "doing" one of the lady behind the counters mom. Then they discussed how He and the mom were both married. Then he went register and screamed he needed 25 $1 to someone in the back so loud I almost choked on my sandwich. The restaurant was a little dirty. There was boxes right in front of the drink machine. I assumed they were soda syrup refills. The boxes were there when I arrived and after I ate. The drink area was messy. The lemons and limes were dark as if they had been there for a while. I went at 11am.

The smokehouse brisket is awesome! Actually taste like it has been smoked.

I’m extremely familiar with Firehouse Subs and the franchise’s unyielding support for Public safety personnel, however I was not impressed with this particular Firehouse Subs. Every employee working today had a subpar, nonchalant, “I’m here for a paycheck” attitude. How about greeting/acknowledging customers as they walk through the door and spelling a customer’s name correctly on the receipt. Above all, make a customer feel/think we are in a safe space. Absolutely poor employee relations and the sandwiches were messy! Maybe the franchise need to start hiring police explorers are police cadets. Maybe then can customers get the level of selfless service and devotion that’s clearly missing from this location!
