Cierra was very rude and ghetto. She wouldn't allow me to tell her what was wrong with my order. I asked for a manager, Jasmine and she's more concerned with visiting with family in the lobby than taking care of customers. I was cursed out by Cierra which I have recorded. I asked Jasmine for the district's info and she proceeded to give me fake info. I will NEVER spend money with them again. I asked for a refund and left. The manager and all of their employees are HORRIBLE!! I will be contacting corporate and sending them a copy of my video.

If zero stars was possible they would get it. There drive thru window machine has been broken for months, not one time ever have I been here and they got my order correct, they are always out of "sandwiches", I order online and pay for my things only to still wait 15 minutes at the counter for them to tell me they don't have the items I paid for and they can't give me a refund at the store and I have to get it from the app. Garbage location with garbage management.

Worst service ever and cashier told me that she would spit in my face before she would spit in my drink. I ordered a number 4 dark with a coke. I didn’t get a number 4 dark. It was mixed with no silverware or napkins then she sat there and argued with me that I didn’t order a combo when I did and was even asked what I wanted to drink. I WONDER WHO ELSE THIS PLACE HAS RAN OFF. last time I visited, two employees were out back at the drive thru throwing rocks at each other while not caring if they hit someone’s window

They are having difficulties with their menu boards could not hear anyone on the intercom to order so drove around to window and was told I couldn't order at window but the girl was very nice about telling me . inside was nasty looked like it had not been cleaned in a month .
