For an entire week I have came by the location on 45 in Columbus Ms. I’ve waited in line seem like forever. They are extremely slow. Customer service is not all that great either. Definitely could be better but I won’t be stopping again. I’ve waisted to much time of life already. Sonic is right next door.

Customer Service not very good, as soon as the boss left the music went up so loud you could not think. I tried doing a little work on my computer but could not because the music was just too loud. When asked to turn it down, they did not. Would not recommend using this place for coffee or anything else.

Egg white muffin with no meat. Lots to.chose from.Parking: Great location.right off hwy 45 in Columbu MS. Easy in.and easy out if your.traveling through.Columbus MS.

just please don’t order inside if you are not prepared to wait 30 minutes and you are blessed with an inordinate amount of patience. Drive thru gets priority. period. we were not the only ones waiting for a very long time. it just seems like it could be a bit (a lot) better.

Everytime I come here it’s the same thing. I order on app then come in and still have to sit and wait 30 minutes. People that walk in to order are being told “it’s going to be a 30 minute wait” like that’s freaking ridiculous for a Starbucks. Doesn’t matter what day of the week it is. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. If you can’t handle a bunch of mobile orders then y’all need to close mobile ordering for your location.

Giving you a one star because my drink was correct, however, management needs to work on their scheduling. I could have driven to Starkville in the time I waited for a vanilla latte. Unacceptable.

It's ok. Had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. The lady was up front and told me beforehand that it would take 20 minutes. She said I could try the drive thru to maybe get a quicker turnaround time. I'm not sure why that would be. The whole thing defeats its own purpose of its going to take 20 minutes for an overpriced coffee. If I'm going to pay that much, why should I have to wait also? I can just go to the gas station and get a coffee for a dollar immediately.
