The heavy set man with the glasses that always wears a mask was extremely rude because I couldn't understand what he was saying, but he was mumbling under the mask, it got so bad that the employee was calling me names as I was trying to leave the store, with a store full of people, while the shift manager just sat and watched. Done with Wendy's.

I have always loved Wendy's food since I was a small child. I still do but it has gotten to the point it cost our small family of 3 as much to grab something from the drive thru as it would to go sit down and have a nice dinner in a restaurant. I think it was $50, or right there around it, the last time that I went to pick up dinner for the 3 of us. znot to mention 2 of us only got chicken nuggets and a drink, the other just a sandwich. Albeit a very delicious sandwich I can't rationalize paying $50 for fast food when we can go sit down and have a family outing for less.

Got there at about 1040am done started serving lunch. Had to wait on my nuggets and burgers so by the time I got my food everything was cook. Even after waiting for it to be cooked because breakfast to lunch swap. The food was still COLD.

Once we finally received our food, not the correct order...the staff were sloppy in their attempt to take care of the customers. There were several employees on break in the dining room, probably too many for the type of service provided. The supervisor was loudly correcting the employees and they acted as though they couldn't be bothered.No ice for drinks, the floor felt like it'd been mopped with oil so slippery I'm surprised someone didn't fall and have a serious injury. The tables hadn't been wiped down.

At 6PM, I showed up and ordered a cheeseburger and small fry. The burger wasn't even room temperature. It was actually cold and over loaded with ketchup. The fries were covered in bad spots (not the peels) and were barely warm. Apparently Wendy's doesn't even have the good sense to put a microwave in the kitch so the help can fake their product being fresh. This sort of garbage has become very common in Columbus, MS and it think the cause is two things: the first being the company/individual who owns this store doesn't care about anything other than trips to the bank and the other is the class of help they hire. The help stood there, flies buzzing about everywhere, with her finger in her ear, while they pump out garbage. No one was attempting to do anything about the flies and lord knows the help couln't care less about the product they put out. I do not suggest eating at this place, or any other burger doodle place in Columbus as you will get the same thing regardless of which brand you go to. And where is the MS Dept of Health? No where to be seen.

Flies everywhere the restaurant looks nasty everybody slow arguing about who does what .the only person that had on gloves was the girl making the burgers and the person at the window was trying to do it all I will never go there again it's sad how fast food has changed smh . even the manager was slow ? ? no smiles whatsoever......

Good food and great service. They offer freebies like free senior drinks. If you purchase the key tag you get a free frosty if you purchase anything & show the key tag. Good variety of food. Always great service on hwy 45 in Columbus MS
