The atmosphere is amazing but to me, the food is not worth the price. If you want great atmosphere and even live music on the weekends, Bucks is the place to go. If you want great BBQ there are other places to go.Parking: Parking can be a hassle when busy... Street parking only. Be prepared to go around the block and walk. There is also a vacant lot adjacent to the block that Bucks is on so you can also park there.

The Bucks burger can't be beat. Huge ground beef patty with everything on the side to fix it however you want it. The fries are homemade and some of the best I've ever eaten. So, why did I not give them 5 stars? Everything else that I have tried there was not impressive to me.

This was my first and probably the only time I have been to Buck's. The special was half a rack and a baked potato. I enjoyed the baked potato more than I did the ribs.The atmosphere is almost as important as the food in my book. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of one to speak of. I normally set at the bar so I can have interactions with other patrons and the bartender. I was disappointed.

The food and service is awesome!! It’s Some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. The service and cheesecake is the bomb also. If you haven’t tried this place out you need to ASAP!

Stopped for a late lunch and had a great meal. The chicken salad is awesome and the pork bbq was great also. Love how they do their fries , thick and curly. ??? Highly recommend trying them out.

My brother recommended Bucks Bar. When you enter, there's a bar area to your left and table seating to the right. I was alone (and the table seating side was empty) so I sat at the bar. It's a bar, but not a sketchy bar. It might get sketchy later in the day, I don't know. There was some local color. By that I mean people getting drunk at noon! (It was Saturday, and it was game day.) The bartender was great. It was too early in the day for me to be drinking, so I don't know if she was good. I had a Buck's burger. It was huge. And it was nicely done. And well done too! I like my burgers a little pink on the inside. This was not. I didn't think to ask if they'll cook it the way you like it. The fries were very good. The portions were very generous. I'm a 215 lb guy, and it was really too much for me. (I've been eating light recently). It didn't make the walk home any easier either. Apparently, the barbeque is their specialty. Next time I go, and there will be a next time, I will try the barbeque.
Great place to stop. Noticed the customers range from the old timers to the college age. The BBQ was definitely home grown. Save room for the cheesecake. Enjoy.Parking: Might have a short walk

The food tastes good but why is it $2.50 for 2 spoonfulls of beans? Seriously this is like a 4oz cup of beans for a full priced side item. Way too expensive for the tiny amount.
