Horrible customer service. Called to place a pick up order as the woman I spoke to on the phone advised me to do earlier in the day. I was on hold for over 5 minutes when I was hung up on. When I attempted to call back the phone was just not answered. My husband arrived at the place and ordered for me inside the store and was made to wait on drive thru orders that were made after he ordered inside the store. Very unprofessional business. I will not be going back after this terrible experience.

We spent most of our lives living in Chicago. JoJo's has the BEST authentic Italian beef sandwich we have found outside of Chicago!! The home fries we ordered with our beef sandwich were equally delicious. The food was more than awesome and was a very friendly atmosphere! This is definitely a place to go to if you want a great beef sandwich. We will definitely be going back for more!!

We loved this little restaurant.Yesterday stopped there. Super nice lady worked there. The dogs were old and tuffThe fries were over cooked. They were like pre cooked the reheated up so almost burntThe bun was fresh as were the fixings! Total waste of money.So disappointed. Who ever is fixing their food yesterday. Needs to be trained on how to cook.

The food was smothered in salt literally, and not only that but there were hairs all in my philly steak, and fries.(WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING THERE).*do not trust the cashier - Sandra D. with your food.This was my first time eating there , and the experience was horrible. (rate - 0 stars )

Well Italian beef is crock pot serverd an I bout a Maxwell street polish nothing like home it's all grill ed onion not diced but not steamed polish dried out not a good place to eat unless your from the south but with nam lil Chicago naw it's not
For some good ol'knee slap, jaw smackin', and make you slap yo momma food! This is the place to go! These are great people and ownership is top notch!?

My Husband and I went there on Saturday afternoon May7,2022 just a few weeks ago. First of all we had to get the girl’s attention to get waited on and the food was cold, hard, and burnt. We couldn’t eat it and they wouldn’t do anything about it and was very rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t give us a refund and we paid with cash and wouldn’t put it on a Gift Card either so that was almost $28.00 down the drain!! We’ll never eat there again or Recommend it to anyone else! Unless you want a cold Italian Beef sandwich and hard, burnt fries you need to go somewhere else to eat.??

Me and my wife ate here for the first time this evening. I had been here as a little boy long ago, after I started talking to our server he told me that it is under new owners, but all the people who ate here before are still happy with it. I had the Chicago dog and home fries, my wife had a chili dog with garlic Parmesan fries. We definitely enjoyed our meal, very nice people there, good prices, will be coming back I am sure!
