Everything was perfect. Reina prepared and cooked our pizza to perfection. The extra cheese was plentiful and fair. Ordering online through app was easy. The 6.99 any large pizza was a great bargain. I always like the fact Dominos can count extra cheese as a topping( competitors dont) Drive thru window is always convenient. Pizza tracker is great. Greeting at window with a very nice team member and friendly.I have never had a problem I can remember at Dominos in Diamondhead, Ms our home for about 20 years.

Order time was great, and pizzas were alright, my problem was the employee who cut my two gluten free pizzas tonight isn’t properly trained. I watched her pull the pizza out of the oven with dirty pizza spatula, and then proceed to cut the pizzas with pizza cutter covered in pizza from previous pizzas. What’s the point in ordering gluten free pizza, paying 35$ plus 20% tip “ before she finished” just to have it contaminated

Love it when I noticed my order wasn’t updating on the tracker I called they explained why and within minutes I had my order. I order here all the time for my job so I recommend this dominos to anyone.

We waited an hour and a half only to find out they delivered it to the wrong address and was sitting there for 30 minutes. By the time we found the order two boxes had ants in them. We had called them multiple times asking where our pizza was and on our first call they didn’t tell us anything after we told them our address but they told as on the second call that it had been delivered 30 minutes ago to the wrong address

This place is wonderful. I can depend on them to always have my order accurate, on time and looking scrumdilliumptious.They forgot one of my pizzas and before I could even get out of my car, the guy came running out (technically speed walking- but my point is he was TRUCKING IT) to bring it to me and apologized!Other places, especially fast food should definitely take a lesson or two from these guys cos they are spot on!!! ?Now, I must go enjoy the ooey gooey deliciousness that is calling my name. nom nom nom Also, MANAGER SIR/MA'AM- this message is for your eyes only!!Give this shift a raise, cos they earning it!

2 and 1/2 hour wait. Called 4 times. At 2 hours was assured pizza was on its way. At 2 and 1/2 hours called to see where order was as I only live 8 minutes away. Manager Alexa reported order still there and has not left. Customer service was deplorable. Alexa hung up 3 times on me and put me on hold at least 4 times. Ridiculous! Just be honest with your short comings and people will be more compassionate! Never again!

I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza, beef, onion, and bacon. I waited and carried it out. Got it home. Disappointed, light on cheese and very minimal on the other 3 toppings very disappointing for an almost $12 pizza.
Another wonderful experience. This time they didn’t misplace the order, they just got it wrong. Got the run around from the store saying that they would take care of it but no one ever showed up or called. If I could give them no stars I would.After writing this a driver did show up with the correct order. Still not a gr8 experience due to the fact that I didn’t get what I wanted until 2 hours later and had already eaten but the store did do the right thing.

I really have no problem with the pizza. I do however have a problem with how I can order a pizza for pick up. I tried calling recently to order my usual large hand tossed pepperoni sausage olives pizza. It always comes up to $8 something. However when I called I got some foreigner who took my order then tried to charge me almost $20. I said oh wait no no what happened to a 3 topping pizza for $7.99? Cancel that order. So I went to pizza hut instead because they took my order on the phone not some answering service. You are going to lose a lot of customers who do not order from answering services or on line because of the hidden costs or inaccurate totals. Do better Dominos. People want to talk to people who really work at the sight if they are willing to pick it up. Automated isn't always the best answer for customer service.

Awesome Wavepool and slides. Manager is amenable. But staff at front entrance was less than to be desired and concessions the same. Lifeguards we all enjoying the job. Had a great time.
