Absolutely delicious but the loud Jesus music was pretty overwhelming. It's mostly young kids working here who have no clue who ordered what - I had a few different kids ask me if 3 different orders were mine and try to hand me things I didn't order. Once I eventually received my order it was fantastic, I just took it to go because I couldn't hear myself think over the hallelujah music. I would definitely come back and just know that I'm getting it to go.

I was very excited to know that I could get shaved ice at 8pm! One of my favorite snacks! Service was fast and friendly and the regular size is more than enough of a portion to enjoy! The perfect late night snack!

Bops is one of me and my daughters' favorite places for ice cream. There are so many great items to choose from and taste great. My favorite is Strawberry patch and Strawberry shortcake, and hers is a Snappy turtle , dirt and worms, and so many more. Plus, they have a table there where you can play checkers .My daughter loves playing checkers while we eat. The staff is super nice and very quick with your order. This is a great place to get ice cream anytime.
I just moved here from Charlotte NC and I'm a GrubHub and doordash delivery driver I will never come to this place as a customer I picked up a delivery for a customer that's also there customer if I'm delivering from there restaurant how can u have me deliver ice cream without a lid to cover the desserts so nothing is a problem between the delivery driver or customer when I asked the young lady she laughed about it and gave me napkins if u don't have the proper items to deliver your product u shouldn't offer delivery service I will be reporting this to the health department

The worst $14 I have ever spent! Young workers with little to no experience. Received my order dripping melted custard and no lids as ordered. Not enough toppings to enjoy the advertised creation.
