Tried to get a table for two with our service dog. All they would let us have was a table in a room that was so loud we couldn’t even have a conversation. We left before even getting seated. That was not the service we expected.
Place is going downhill. Got in at 11 and it was filthy from the day before. Unsat.

Waitress was nice and helpful! Food took forever to arrive. Wings were cooked right this time, not over done ? Loved watching all the basketball games at the same time! Their mild is slightly spicy. My husband loves the everything tots.

I have not had a bad experience at any Buffalo Wild Wings as of yet and I sure hope it stays that way. Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is perfect either for a date night out or to watch a few football games at once!

This Place, and several others BWWs are exhibiting poor quality and choices of how they allow atmosphere/food/servers to continue serving their patrons.. If i'm being honest it appears *the Brand* has given up and really let themselve go. The Food, *each dish* came out 10-15 minutes from each other.. [one booth 3 people].. orders not right and none of us were now eating together, 3 separate meal times at one table (this is hard for me to say as we are loyal fans/customers who had in excess of 14,000 points..this is some serious wing platters points..BWW, it was fun while it lasted... Sorry to see you got lost in your industry ( POOR quality / taste/ service ) but its time for us to burn through those points and find better...
