Ordered curbside pick-up. Check in for them to run it out to the car. 10 minutes passes. Ended up having to go inside and get my food from behind the to-go counter myself because there wasn't any front of house in sight. I don't know who my tip went to, but hopefully it was the kitchen because they're apparently the only ones doing their damn job here.

Chili's has been a favorite go-to place for years living in Georgia, since moving to Mississippi it's still a favorite. This place is wonderful and I will return again and again. I highly recommend Chili's for a quick bite, a couple, a family, or a group.Parking: Large lot with plenty of spaces.

I went here to pick up a DoorDash order and I waiting over 15 minutes until somebody even acknowledged that I was there. I had to stare at them with a rude expression for them to register it in their minds that I needed help. The staff were all standing around talking with their hands on their hips. My delivery was very late. My advice, take your hand off your hip and give better service.
