Notified order ready, got to store and told they didn’t fill order due to being out of brisket. After being ignored and 20 minutes later my husband finally got guy to put some kind of meat on sandwiches. Never offered a refund or substitution of the meat. And did not notify us prior to arrival that there was an issue. On our way home with mystery sandwiches.

All I can say is if you order is to go, check it before you leave. I ordered regular sausage, I got home and discovered, and they gave me spicy sausage. If I wanted spicy sausage, I would have ordered it!I don't think I'll be returning to this place.

I got catering through doordash for the guys at work, we were highly impressed. I called and spoke with a team member beforehand (Colby) he was super patient, and helpful. They went above and beyond for me and my team. The food was great, and the helpful team members at dickeys were AWESOME. The food arrived on time, was at a perfect temperature and was DELICIOUS! Exactly what you’d want for catering an event! We loved it so much, we’re gonna try to make this a once a month thing for us at work. Five stars guys. We loved it!
