This place is awesome! Great service and delicious sweets. The manager, Britnei is amazing and her employees always seem so happy when I visit. This place definitely beats Crumble Cookie any day! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Ordered a cookie cake the day before and was told, “yes it will be ready by the next day at 10:30AM”. The person on the phone confirmed with the manager that it would be done the next day. Came in to get it today and guess what? It was not ready. Thanks Great American Cookie for the the great service you do! I’ll just go to a more reliable place to get my cookie cake like Crumbl cookie who is now making cookie cakes for anyone reading this.
Our original birthday cake plans fell through and they were able to do this cookie cake last minute for us. I didn’t expect much and was blown away when I saw this! I’m not even sure who did it but it is amazing and we were thoroughly pleased. Thank you!!

Great tasting products, cookies, cakes. But beautiful designs and artistry - this isnt always available at chain stores. Britnei and Sammi offer friendly and awesome service. There's always a great, freshly made cookie to try and the cookie cakes are so creative! The products are addictive and the smiles will keep you coming back. Give them a try.
