Hardee's restaurant in D'iberville Mississippi has the worst Customer service. From the cashier down to the manager are very very rude.When we got our order, we were missing our coffees. And when we told the worker, we are missing our coffee, her response was "look men I ain't got time for you".We complent to the manager and all she told us was, she will have a talk with her.

Drive at 8:42am February 13 2024, person took was rude for no reason. First, can I took your order, turn around said hold up, then few minutes ask may I took your order, I give her part my order. She went quite few minutes. I said, hello, then she call me rude and I am talking to someone. I told no, I wasn't being rude. Yes you and good bye. I went to park to go inside. Complaining to Manger, they didn't look concern. I got my order left. There no reason for this.

Horrible attitude at the front/cashier. Food was cold. Tables were dirty. Out of tea sweet or otherwise. No napkins, ketchup set out, Both the self service drinks machine Were broke. Just an overall horrible experience. We will not return. Gross .

This location doesn’t get enough business for the workers to be so rude and unprofessional. I wanted to upgrade my sandwich to a meal and when I got to the window they told me I would have to go back around. This is bad customer service especially if the person taking the orders has an attitude and rushes you. Do not eat

1st burger was cold and dry. The manager very politely remade my burger but as I was eating in dining room his constant speaking loudly and rudely to employees was very uncomfortable.
Great breakfast I got 2 for $5 steak biscuits and hash rounds and a orange juice. I sat down and ate one biscuit with one table. Many tables , courteous emoloyees,clean restaurant, clean atmosphere,tidy for a fast food restaurant with good food.Kid-friendliness: Cameras are present as well as employees noticing everything with soft eyes

I stopped by because Hardee's and sonic are the only fast food places where you could buy a good hot dog. Unfortunately Hardee's seems to have dropped hot dogs. Very disappointed.
